About

What we publish, and how

ERC Community publishes independent, primary-source research across four tracks: single-name equity research, M&A and strategic-alternatives analysis, sector-level market reports, and sale-process pitch materials. Every publication is released as a full presentation deck or PDF report — the underlying analysis, not just a summarized take.

Equity Research

Coverage initiations, earnings reviews, and thesis updates on individual public companies. Each report sets out the investment thesis, a summary model, valuation approach, price target, and the key risks to the view.

M&A Analysis

Situation-specific work on companies that may be acquisition targets, consolidators, or candidates for a sale process. This includes buyer and seller universe mapping, precedent transaction comps, synergy estimates, and valuation football fields.

Market & Sector Reports

Landscape-level views of an industry or vertical — demand cycles, competitive positioning, fragmentation and consolidation themes, and relative valuation across the names in a sector.

Sales Pitches

Pitch and outreach decks built for live sale processes — positioning a company to a shortlist of prospective buyers, framing the investment highlights, and setting out the market opportunity the business is being sold into.

Process

  • Research is built from public filings, disclosed transactions, industry data, and management commentary where available.
  • Each report states its key assumptions and data sources so readers can evaluate the analysis on its merits.
  • Reports are dated and, where a thesis changes materially, superseded by an updated publication rather than edited in place.
